Job Description
>Bachelors degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
>At least 3–5 years of experience in trucking, logistics, fleet management, or transportation
operations.
> Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
> Strong knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, fleet management, and
transportation regulations in the Philippines.
> Familiarity with LTFRB, LTO, DOTr, and other applicable government regulations.
> Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
> Experience using GPS tracking systems and fleet management software is an advantage.
> Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
> Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when operationally required
