Job Description

The Mack Trucks team in Mexico City seeks a skilled diagnostics specialist to provide diagnostic, service and programming support to dealers, Volvo Group personnel, and select fleets across North America. You will aid in resolving product issues, authorizing repairs, and releasing software updates.

Responsibilities include case management, after-hours support, and collaboration with Reliability, Warranty and Engineering to minimize costs while maintaining vehicle uptime.
