Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and coaching to the payroll team
• Oversee all payroll activities and reporting
• Ensure timely semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing
• Serve as payroll advisor to senior leadership and HR
• Maintain expertise in payroll legislation and best practices
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of payroll experience with leadership roles
