**Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. MTO Centrals TRIM Division**
**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**
**As a trim engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering robust designs on time that meet cost and manufacturing targets, as well as leading product innovations to give Lear a competitive advantage by speeding design launch and staff engagement.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
**Coordinate product development to make it robust and viable for manufacturing.**
