Dental Treatment Coordinator – Exeter Dental Centre, EX4 3PT

Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new private patients and existing patients interested in specialist treatments.
• Confidently discuss treatment options and associated fees.
• Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
• Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice.
