TREASURY MANAGER

Primary Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for monitoring and timely processing of all remittances and ensuring that all payments were made accurately. Also responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and sending of Bank Recon Reports.

Major Responsibilities

• Weekly monitoring and timely processing of Remittances / Payables to China.
• Check the prepared CRF (Check Request Form) for all scheduled Telegraphic Transfer.
• Check the completeness and accuracy written in the Telegraphic Transfer Forms before forwarding to authorized signatories.
• Check and validate the accuracy of the received Cable copies as proof of remittance before sending to requestor/ Impex Dept.
• Timely updates and accurately encodes all transactions of passbook and online banking in bank statement in excel monitoring.
• Double checks all passbook transactions vs transaction in Peachtree recorded by Accounting Department.
