Job Summary
Assists the Treasury Department in encoding, compiling, sorting, and processing of data; prepares monitoring of all incoming and outgoing documents; performs effective records management; and obeys all company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming documents coming from other departments
- Prepare transmittal for all outgoing documents
- Submit all accomplished and approved reports and documents to other departments
- Scan all treasury documents
- Collate and sort all documents for filing
- Record all documents in file master list
- File all treasury documents
Work Location
- Head Office - Lot 10-A, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna
Working Experience
- Fresh Graduate
Educational Background
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
