Job Summary

Assists the Treasury Department in encoding, compiling, sorting, and processing of data; prepares monitoring of all incoming and outgoing documents; performs effective records management; and obeys all company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming documents coming from other departments
  • Prepare transmittal for all outgoing documents
  • Submit all accomplished and approved reports and documents to other departments
  • Scan all treasury documents
  • Collate and sort all documents for filing
  • Record all documents in file master list
  • File all treasury documents

Work Location

  • Head Office - Lot 10-A, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna

Working Experience

  • Fresh Graduate

Educational Background

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
