  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CPG employees regarding mobile services, handling requests, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist employees with new account requests, service activations, and account‑related concerns, including handset or network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain records of mobile line and handset assignments, transfers of ownership, temporary disconnections, reconnections, and line renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Motor Vehicle OR/CR records.
  • Ensure timely registration and renewal of motor vehicles with the LTO, including securing insurance (CTPL and Comprehensive) and executing transfers of ownership and custody.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4‑year college course or undergraduate with relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
