Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Payments

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting for Mexico entities
• Execute and monitor local payments via SPEI, SPID, checks, and bank transfers
• Support cross-border fund transfers or payments
• Process and record payment information in banking systems (data entry for payments), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Prepare payment orders, coordinate with the accounting team, and monitor transaction status
• Maintain accurate records of all bank accounts, signatures, and authorized users
