Accounting Services Analyst – Treasury

Responsibilities

• Upload daily bank files to the system and post necessary entries to close cash in transit accounts.
• Prepares Weekly and Monthly bank reconciliation and post necessary adjusting entries in adherence to established controls, accounting principles and policies.
• Ensures accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments etc.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents
• Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports (including revenue and expense trend analysis)
• Prepares and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and advises supervisor and/or manager of issues on the reconciliation and proposed resolution
• Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
