Accounting Services Analyst – Treasury

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Upload daily bank files to the system and post necessary entries to close cash in transit accounts.
2. Prepares Weekly and Monthly bank reconciliation and post necessary adjusting entries in adherence to established controls, accounting principles and policies.
3. Ensures accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments etc.
4. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents
5. Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports (including revenue and expense trend analysis)
6. Prepares and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and advises supervisor and/or manager of issues on the reconciliation and proposed resolution
