**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.90 per hour based on experience

**Type:** Two-month contract

**Schedule:** 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday)

**On Call:** Weekend On Call

**Coverage Areas:** Lake, Laporte, Starke, Marshall Counties

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· Assess patients

· Communicate with MDs and staff

· Join weekly meetings

· Take orders

**Qualifications:**

· Current Indiana RN License in good standing

· BLS Certification

· Oasis Training

· HCHB experience

· Valid Drivers License
