Job Objective

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across the organization's processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement of plant processes, including safety and environmental aspects.
• Optimize process flows and layout design to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Participate in the implementation of Kaizen workshops across the organization.
• Execute and support continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure the sustainability of the 5S program.
• Implement and follow up on Leader Standard Work (LSW) and Tier communication processes.
• Manage the plant’s innovation system, including employee ideas and improvement suggestions.
