Job Scope:

The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic and international travel requirements for employees. This includes travel bookings, visa assistance, forex coordination, invoicing, reporting, vendor management, and travel data analysis. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced corporate setup.

Total /Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Booking & Coordination

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings for employees.

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cabs, insurance, etc.).

Ensure bookings are as per company travel policy and cost-effective.

Provide multiple travel options for comparison when required.

Coordinate travel changes, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
