Job Description:

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the nutrition care of the patients in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, clinical guidelines, and policies and procedures. Provides oversight in coordination with the Culinary Services Manager to ensure that safe and accurate food service is provided to the patients.



Facility Requirements:

Must be a Registered Dietician with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, this must be attached to the submission

Must have Illinois Dietician License; this needs to be attached to the submission

Must have 2 years recent Dietician in an Acute Care Hospital setting experience

Shifts will be Mon-Fri Occasional Sat as needed but can have a day off during the week then. 8am - 4:30pm
