Job Description

1) Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and assignments.
2) Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
3) Broad knowledge and understanding of organization�s standard practices, processes, principles and procedures.
4) Build and maintaining profitable and long term relationships with vendors.
5) Coordinate with the Administration Officers of branch offices (Globally) for facilities set-up, centralized purchases (for Delhi & Noida), administration policies, contracts, agreements, internal communication etc.
6) Enable and support a sense of team spirit, encouraging an environment of open communication.
7) Ensure compliance to CMM, Six Sigma & NSSP.
8) Ensure internal customers expectations are met in all respects like facilities management, office administration activities etc.
