Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Corporate Companies to map travel arrangements for their employees
- Planning itineraries including booking of flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa application
- Maintain and ensure travellers' profiles and visas are up to date and advise clients on travel regulation such as visa requirements and ensure timely processing of travel documents
- Provide accurate information to clients at all times
- Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service including professional telephone etiquette
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 'O' Level with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in the travel industry
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professional customer service skill
