Setting : Hospital 

Shift : 5x8s day shift. 07:00 - 15:30. 

Call : On call rotation based on unit needs - every third weekend in addition to 2 days during the week.

Call rates : On-call: $5/hour; Call back: $118.12/hour

OT/Holiday rate : $118.12/hour ...
