The Role

We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs — including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries — using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. You’ll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.
