THE ROLE
As a deployed Travel Benefits Coordinator or Supervisor, you coordinate travel arrangements for Canadian Armed Forces members to reunite with family or travel to approved destinations abroad. Your responsibilities include conducting briefings, providing advice and guidance, ensuring policy compliance, and processing financial claims accurately.
The Supervisor leads and manages the Travel department, supporting a team of Coordinators in delivering exceptional service for CAF members. Responsibilities also encompass managing staff schedules, performance management, and overall operation of the department.
This role contributes to enhancing morale by planning recreational activities, outings, and events that keep military personnel mentally and physically ready for deployments.
