Role and Responsibilities
The GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized continuous improvement (CI) and performance management capability across the Global Business Services (GBS) Source to Pay (S2P) organization. This role serves as the horizontal engine for transformation, enabling the GBS Source to Pay (S2P) function to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience through Lean Daily Management, analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement. The role owns the improvement methodology, performance cadence, and analytics framework, while partnering closely with GBS Functional Leads, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Enablement teams.
