We are seeking Travel Account Specialists to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries. This role focuses on ensuring smooth bookings and delivering accurate information to create excellent customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Assist clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations

• Provide accurate details on travel options, schedules, and promotions

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary

• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets



Schedule & Training:

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Paid training on travel systems and company procedures



Qualifications:

• With at least 6 months of Call Center experience
