Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level (C-level & Executive) administrative support in traveling matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the travel's operations and procedures.
  • Make local & overseas travel arrangements to make the best use of executive time & preferences.
  • May have access to handle third parties or direct principal such travel agent, hotel, airlines etc.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
  • Design seamless multi-city travel plans based on personal preferences.
  • Secure high-end hotels, suites, or residences with required amenities (private gyms, spas, or workspaces).
  • Book flights (commercial or private), rental cars, and chauffeur services.
  • Provide updates on flight changes, delays, or emergencies.
