5+ years of recent critical care or ED RN trauma experience strongly preferred. 3+ years of recent Trauma service program experience strongly preferred. 1+ years of recent trauma program manager experience strongly preferred.
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Trauma Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate the Level III Trauma Program at Longs Peak Hospital. This role is ideal for an RN with trauma program experience who is passionate about improving trauma care through clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, operational leadership, and continuous quality improvement. The Trauma Program Manager partners closely with the Trauma Medical Director, physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality trauma care while maintaining compliance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) trauma center standards.
