Lead digital literacy education for women and families in need as a Trauma-Informed ICDL Instructor with WoodGreen. Support participants in achieving essential digital skills and certifications.
As an ICDL Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction tailored to the unique needs of women and female-led families navigating complex challenges. You'll engage and motivate learners through effective use of Microsoft applications, while fostering a safe and welcoming educational environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all participants achieve educational success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging ICDL instruction to Phase I participants
• Create and adapt lesson plans for varied skill levels
• Administer assessments and offer remedial support as needed
• Track participant progress and maintain accurate records
• Work with team members to enhance program delivery
