Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor Traub (Automatic Single Spindle Lathe) machines for precision component manufacturing.
Tooling & Setting:
Perform accurate tooling, machine setting, and adjustments based on job requirements and drawings.
Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to ensure smooth and uninterrupted machine performance.
Quality Control:
Inspect components during and after machining to ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
Production Efficiency:
Optimize machine run time and minimize downtime to maintain production efficiency.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
