Transportation Technologist

Overview

We are currently searching for a Transportation Technologist in our Edmonton office. The successful candidate will work with engineers and other technologists to provide construction inspection and design services for a variety of public and private sector clients with a focus on highways, roads, and transportation-related infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in many areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations, prepare project designs, and prepare tender documents for road rehabilitation projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.
• Experience with construction supervision and contract administration.
• QA/QC of reports, quantity estimates, and construction drawings.
