Transportation Supervisor (Level 3)

**Description:**
You will be the Transportation Supervisor (Level 3) for the Production, Planning and Controlling organization. Our team is responsible for coordinating the timely movement of material throughout the facility and to local vendors while maintaining a safe, efficient fleet.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Transportation Supervisor (Level 3) you will be responsible for leading the Transportation team and ensuring seamless material flow.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate inter‑departmental movement of material across the facility and to external vendors.
+ Schedule and oversee maintenance of the transportation fleet to ensure safe working conditions.
+ Manage and develop a team of 5+ direct reports, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.
