Transportation Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. On-site Fleet Management at Customer Warehouse (Core Responsibility)

• Daily Attendance & Dispatching : Visit the customer warehouse in the morning to verify attendance of outsourced fleets and arrange daily dispatch tasks and routes.
• Loading Supervision : Supervise the loading process on-site to ensure standardized and timely cargo loading.
• Exception Handling : Resolve outstanding delivery and distribution issues from the previous day and coordinate on-site problem-solving.
• COD Collection : Collect and consolidate daily Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments to ensure timely cash flow recovery.
• Documentation Management : Compile and submit daily dispatch documents and operational reports.
