Location: Johnstown, PA
Hours: Weekly Rotating Shifts. Start times are 3:30am and 7:30am
We are seeking a hands-on Transportation Manager for our Johnstown, PA location, supporting a combination of all lines of business. This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of drivers and helpers while fostering a positive, engaged, and safety-focused work environment. The Operations Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field working directly with frontline employees, providing leadership, training, and operational support.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, demonstrate strong people leadership capabilities, and effectively manage both frontline employees and frontline managers. This individual must possess strong coaching and mentoring skills, drive accountability, and ensure operational excellence.
