Qualifications/Duties:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10 years of experience
  • PE
  • PTOE
  • Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, or similar
  • Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
  • Roadway and highway design
  • Traffic analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
