Requirements Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and assign loads and routes to drivers (dispatch). Manage and coordinate drivers, including schedules, availability, and performance. Communicate with drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve delays and issues.
