I. Scope and summary of primary responsibilities

The Transportation Assistant supports the efficient coordination of all program-related transportation. Key responsibilities include generating transportation reports, planning weekly routes, and scheduling drivers with appropriate vehicle and accommodation arrangements. The role prepares and updates driver materials, communicates travel details to guests, verifies authorized pickups, including required procedures for underage travelers, and assists with on-site coordination at Pearson Airport.
