Summary This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), Charles George VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Asheville, North Carolina, in the Fleet Section of Environmental Management Service (EMS).. Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to the following: Maintains and evaluates the effectiveness of the motor vehicle fleet. Collects pertinent data on vehicles and reviews a variety of reports (mileage, repairs and maintenance, vehicle cost, and funding projections, etc.) relating to usage and expenses to identify problems for further review to ensure maximum operational vehicle readiness. The incumbent reports all General Services Administration (GSA) mileages monthly and reviews monthly GSA bills for accuracy.
