Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Area Manager (TAM) to oversee yard operations and transportation execution across sites in Mexico. You will lead teams, drive safety, Lean process improvements, and collaborate with site leadership to meet OT/Delivery goals.

You will manage performance metrics, implement standard work, and ensure compliance with WHS policies while supporting a culture of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
