Transportation Analyst

Position overview:

This role will be providing strategic support to the entire organization. The Transportation Analyst will be responsible for implementing strategies and workflows surrounding successful execution of freight, including expedited orders while providing world-class customer service. Requests could come from internal or external customers and will require a process of accurate, quick and clear communication. Responsibilities: As a Transportation Analyst, you may be responsible for the following activities in accordance with your role: 

Execute expedited freight processes, quoting urgent shipments 

Execute cross-border shipments from US to Mexico, international freight to the Americas 

Utilize and maintain TMS (Transportation Management Software) 

Measure and evaluate carrier effectiveness 

Ensure efficient and on time movements throughout the transportation network
