GXO is currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Transport First Line Manager to join the BT contract at our Northallerton site. You will experience a blend of first line operational tasks and hands‑on project involvement, and you'll take pride in building a motivated, engaged team and creating a culture where people feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.

The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday‑Friday, rotating weekly between 6am‑2pm & 2pm‑10pm , although some flexibility may be required during peak times - this is logistics after all!
