This position involves coordinating truck bookings, liaising with customers and transport partners, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring smooth operational and billing processes. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced logistics environment and hands-on operational work.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to booking transport as per customer request.
• To support customer, find additional truck request for exceptional case.
• To find replacement truck if existing truck breakdown or transporter unable to support replacement truck.
• Provide truck details to operation in advance for smooth loading.
• To closely follow up all delivery with transporter and update delivery status to customer time to time.
