What does the job look like?

Join Linfox’s Resources and Industrial Business in Hazelmere as a Transport Scheduler to play a key role in keeping our Newman general freight transport operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about safety and service excellence. This role works a 7/7 roster, Monday – Sunday starting 530am with quarterly travel to Newman. Key areas:

  • Driving the Linfox Safety standards at all times, and promote vision ZERO daily

  • Efficiently schedule general freight focus on timeliness and cost-effectiveness

  • Maintain accurate records for delivery documentation and customer invoicing

  • Liaise regularly with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Support fleet maintenance planning and adjust rosters as needed
