About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Recruitment Administrator to join our expanding Manufacturing Recruitment team, based at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber. The successful candidate will provide administrative support throughout the transport recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with candidates, hiring managers and the wider recruitment team

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.





Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates and assess their suitability for transport roles.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, driving assessments and induction appointments.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview, assessment and induction process.
  • Process job offers, contracts and new starter documentation using the onboarding system.
