Transport Operator - Doncaster - Up to £32,000

Our client, who are a recognized transport company are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team in Doncaster.

As Transport Planner, you will be experienced in dealing with containers and routing company-owned vehicles UK-wide.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00

Salary: Up to £32,000

The Role

  • Routing company owned vehicles
  • You must Plan routes as cost effectively as possible
  • Plan routes in line with WTD and Drivers Hours
  • Ensure all customers are kept up to date
  • All necessary admin must be completed
  • You will be working with the Manager to ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with company standards
  • Perform and correctly implement General Administration, e.g. costing, agreeing charge rates with contractors, queries in accordance with the companies' requirements....
