Mammoet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team at the Edmonton Branch. Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter time sheets into SAP for payroll.
  • Payroll & unionized knowledge.
  • Create reports when necessary.
  • Create inter‑company invoices.
  • Invoice creation.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Record meeting minutes as requested by the department.
  • File all necessary documents.
  • Supply/create SAP reports as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically with MS Office products.
