What does the job look like?

We are seeking a collaborative Transport Coordinator - PM to support the efficient planning, coordination and execution of transport operations at our Truganina VIC site. This role plays a key part in driving operational performance and cost efficiency by coordinating daily transport activities, ensuring service delivery requirements are met, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. This is a permanent position, working with a leading beverage client, Monday to Friday between 11am and 7pm. Key areas:

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements, including incident reporting and load audits

  • Coordinate and allocate transport with a strong focus on outcomes, service levels.

  • Manage driver and subcontractor compliance, including site inductions, licence verification and vehicle validation and mass management.
