What does the job look like?

Linfox partners with Australia’s leading mining companies to deliver specialised logistics solutions nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our Hazelmere operations to manage over-size and out-of-scope linehaul movements across our network. This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday). Key areas:

  • Coordinate and record all over-size transport movements in the Transport Management System

  • Source quotes from subcontractors for out-of-scope and over-size jobs

  • Secure customer approvals before works begins

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

  • Assist with general transport admin tasks as needed
