Work Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting transitions, Transformations, migrations, or shared services operations within a global or captive GBS/GCC environment
  • Hands-on experience with Knowledge Transfer, shadowing models, go-live readiness, and stabilization support (required).
