About the role

We are hiring a plug‑and‑play Transition & Transformation Manager to lead end‑to‑end client transition programmes—from early‑stage RFI / solutioning through to go‑live and stabilization. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can drive delivery with minimal ramp‑up and work confidently with cross‑functional teams across Malaysia and offshore stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle transitions: RFI inputs → transition planning → knowledge transfer → cutover/go‑live → stabilization
  • Partner with sales/solutioning teams to provide Malaysia market inputs (ramp plan, resource model, operational approach) during RFI / deal stages
