Compensation, Schedule & Training:

  • Schedule: This is a spare board position. As a driver, you will be scheduled on an as-needed basis to cover various shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. Flexibility and availability are key for this role.

  • Training: Successful candidates will complete a 2-week paid training program at a rate of $ per hour.

  • Wage: We offer a graduated tier system based on hours worked: First 240 hours: 90% of the full rate, equivalent to $ per hour.
    240 – 480 hours: 94% of the full rate, equivalent to $ per hour.
    After 480 hours: Full rate of $ per hour.
