JOB SUMMARY: Transit Ambassadors provide a professional and courteous presence to assist Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) passengers and the public in navigating the DTA transit system, and to enhance customer confidence in overall cleanliness, safety and positive experiences throughout DTA facilities and vehicles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide customers with information regarding transit routes, schedules, destinations and operating hours
  • Provide assistance with the MyDTA mobile ticketing application in planning, purchase and tracking of trips through mobile or electronic devices
