TRANSFORMER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Conducts testing of transformers and/or motors in-house and on-site areas
• Repairs and troubleshoots transformers
• Operates the degasifier for functional activities
• Conducts testing of circuit breakers and load break switches for production activities
• Checks the newly rewind and reconditioned transformers before delivery to customer
• Checks conditions of equipment such as degasifier and testing instruments regularly
• Coordinates with service manager for projects on servicing for early preparation
• Trains and teaches helpers in the conduct of testing transformers and operation of testing instruments
• Conducts installation of alternation and motors for additional manpower
• Assist in promoting company’s services to prospects and potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the field
