Assistant Vice President – Quality
As a strategic leader in our organization, you will be responsible for all quality assurance activities related to US Wealth and Retirement processes. This role requires expertise in defining and leading QA strategy, governance excellence, team management, client engagement, performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, dashboarding and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in US Wealth & Retirement operations with strong understanding of QA methodologies and audit frameworks. Additionally, Executive-level communication skills are necessary for engaging senior stakeholders .
